Knowledge Park provides counselling and student support services for online degree programs offered by recognized universities.
1. Role Clarification
Knowledge Park does not collect university tuition fees.
All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels.
Therefore:
✔ We do not charge university tuition
✔ We do not process university refunds
✔ We do not influence university refund eligibility
2. Refunds Related to University Payments
Refunds, cancellations, and deferments for tuition or admission fees are governed solely by the respective university’s refund policy.
Students must contact the university directly regarding:
• admission withdrawal
• fee refunds
• payment disputes
• academic cancellations
We may support communication, but the final decision remains with the university.
3. Refunds Related Services
Knowledge Park does not collect any fees regarding services, admissions, etc. We do not charge anything at all, and our services are absolutely non-chargeable. If further clarification is required, please feel free to reach out to career@knowledgepark.co.in
4. Processing Time
Refunds if applicable and handled by Knowledge Park on behalf of the University may take 7–14 working days after approval from the University and as per their guidelines. We do not collect any fee and hence the University is responsible for the same. The students are expected to visit the official website of the respective University for the same.
- University refunds follow university timelines, and students can check their refund policy on the official website of the respective university.
- Knowledge Park does not collect any payment of any form/ all payments are made by the student/s to the respective university.
- Knowledge Park only acts as a guidance service
