A Note on Past Regulatory Action In March 2023, NMIMS faced a temporary restriction by UGC-DEB on offering online and distance learning programs. The restriction was officially lifted in August 2024, and NMIMS is now fully approved to offer its complete range of UGC-approved online programs.
