Subhash Shetty

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Subhash Shetty, Business head (Knowledge Park India), is a person who values networking and is constantly seeking new avenues to grow in the Ed-Tech Industry. With more than 18+ years of experience, he completed his graduation from Mangalore University followed by a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. He kick started his journey as a Senior Executive at ICFAI University followed by being a Team Leader at NCML, Branch Head at Sikkim Manipal University and incorporated Knowledge Park India in 2014. He has consistently demonstrated a passion for driving sales growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences in his professional journey.

This educational background, combined with his practical experience, has equipped him with a deep understanding of the financial landscape and the ability to navigate complex industry challenges. With a proven track record of effective leadership, he is enthusiastic about connecting and collaborating with professionals to discuss further insights that can drive mutual growth and success.

Kashif Memon

Managing Director

The success story behind Knowledge Park, one of Mumbai’s top educational centres, wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Kashif, who has been leading it with his expertise as the Managing Director. At only 17 years old, Kashif showcased outstanding skills in business, which brought him remarkable achievements by age 20, including starting a lucrative leather business and launching an e-commerce enterprise. He has since gained valuable experience in the ad tech industry for six years, which complements his duties at Knowledge Park. Kashif leverages this wealth of knowledge to lead with confidence while improving significant recruitment procedures. He accomplished bringing together over 30 professionals quickly while fostering an environment that inspires innovation amid motivation through skilled leadership. It's noteworthy that beyond educational standards alone, which contribute to success, lies an important work culture aligned with long-term objectives; therein lies Kashif's vision for Knowledge Park. Riddhi Bumb

Regional Head

Ms. Riddhi Bumb, Regional Head, is an accomplished professional with over 8 years of experience in the dynamic realms of Ed tech and E-commerce Industry. She was associated with Teleperformance, OLX - Naspers Group and Career Lift Ed Tech before starting her journey with us in Nov 2020. Riddhi's passion lies in sales,and with her extensive experience in B2B and B2C Ed-Tech domain, she now finds joy in adding value through her insights to individuals' career journeys. She completed her studies from De Montfort University, UK and holds Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She has published a research paper on product placement in the Indian Journal of Marketing. Owing to her curious mind and eager to learn approach, she loves to explore new places, cuisines and cultures. Arshiya Khan

Arshiya Khan is an experienced sales professional in the EdTech industry, with ten years of expertise in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. She has worked with renowned companies like Zee Learn and NMIMS University. Her role involves identifying and targeting potential corporates and MNC’s and understanding their specific needs to effectively promote EdTech solutions with respect to sales. She excels in building relationships with key decision-makers, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to articulate the value of EdTech products and services. Generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of integrating technology in education is her forte.
